The main living area is located on the third floor, where natural light and sweeping ocean views create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept living room is perfect for gathering after a day on the sand, while the fully equipped modern kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick beach snacks to full family dinners. The dining area offers plenty of seating for shared meals and game nights, and a convenient half bath is also located on this level. For even more flexibility, head up to the fourth-floor loft where a bonus living room with a futon and TV provides a second entertainment space—ideal when the group cannot agree on what to watch. A private elevator services the home, offering easy access to each floor and making arrival, departure, and daily living effortless.

Our family spent 5 nights at this beach house and we loved every minute of our trip. The house was spacious and clean. Check in was so easy. The private beach entrance was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. The location is close to grocery stores and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is terrific, right on the beach. The only issue we had was the place is a bit run down. Corrosion covers many of the metal components on the outside of the house. The decks are worn. The boardwalk leading to the beach is warped and the gate does not open and close properly. One of the kitchen drawers fell apart when I opened it. All in all, the condition of the house does not match the pictures.
