Family house located in St Pierre in the municipality of Penmarch 50 meters from the Eckmühl Lighthouse that can accommodate up to 8 people.
The house comprises on the ground floor1 living room with living room and dining room, 1 toilet, 1 equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster)
Upstairs 2 bedrooms with bed of 140/190, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90/190 and 1 bathroom. On the 2nd floor a bathroom with WC.
You can enjoy the outdoor garden, privatized land of 200 m2, a small beach 50 meters walk away as well as the GR 34 coastal path going to Le Guilvinec or the port of St Guenole.
1km from the beach of Ster, 3km from the beach of Porscarn, 5km from the famous surf spot.
You also have a bus stop nearby for Pont l'abbé and Quimper, restaurants, bike rental and the Tourist Office.
Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking.
Optional cleaning is 90 euros.
