This dream vacation home, newly built with great attention to detail, is a haven for two and invites you to spend the most beautiful days of the year in its idyllic and dreamlike secluded setting amidst a picture-perfect landscape. The perfect place for relaxation, rejuvenation, and pure rest.
The light-filled living area is the heart of the home, where the abundance of wood showcases its natural charm. A sense of well-being sets in immediately in this quiet and cozy atmosphere.
The charming country-style kitchen with dining area is perfectly designed and leaves nothing to be desired.
The comfortable corner couch invites you to daydream, read, and watch TV.
In the bedroom, too, the warm wood and well-appointed beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. The restroom is right next door.
In the basement, you’ll find a spacious dressing room with a closet, a modern bathroom, a separate restroom, a bathtub, a rain shower, a vanity unit with plenty of storage space, and heated floors.

Small natural swimming lakes, such as Lake Wössner, Lake Zeller, or Lake Reifinger in Grassau, invite you to linger against a unique mountain backdrop.
The nearby Chiemsee invites you to take relaxing boat trips to the famous islands of Herrenchiemsee and Frauenchiemsee. There are several mountain railways in the immediate vicinity, including the Hochplattenbahn in Marquartstein.
