The Loft at 179 Fremont. A private two-story house of its own at the back of a Broadmoor lot, under hundred-year live oaks. You come in through your own gate and private entry off the left-side driveway, with your own fenced courtyard right outside the door.
Upstairs, the loft-style primary bedroom has a king bed with a Nectar Premium mattress and windows into the trees. The second story sits up in the oak canopy, so it feels extra secluded and quiet. The bathroom has a large walk-in rain shower with a teak bench. Downstairs is open living and dining with a remodeled kitchen: granite, stainless, a gas range and a dishwasher.
Shared with the other houses on the lot: a fenced dog run, the live-oak lawn and a shaded common area with seating and laundry. The duck pond playground and walking path is a short walk away.
Weekly or monthly cleaning is available at a competitive rate through a trusted cleaning professional.
