Had a nice bike room and a decent breakfast

Room very small and could hear all the other rooms when someone walking past

Really lovely hotel that exceeded our expectations. On check in, staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was great, spotlessly clean with a great sea view. Also had a fridge and a kettle, which were unexpected and a real bonus. Breakfast was great, a choice of cooked eggs and bacon, fresh fruit, good selection of danish, cold hams and cheese and cereals every day. Staff were lovely and so helpful and friendly, always chatty and asking if they could help with anything. Beds were exceptionally comfy - I was staying with my mum in her 80's and we had the best nights sleep we'd had in a while. Rooms were made up every day, and spotlessly clean and fresh. Value for money was exceptional, all other hotels in the same location were twice or 3 times the price, it was great to be just on the pine walk and be so close to everything. Rooftop terrace was also another great bonus. When we lost the sun off our balcony it was great to be able to to go up to the terrace, with panoramic views of the bay and harbour, with a glass of wine and enjoy the sun and people watch. Overall a really lovely stay and we would definately go again.

Slight downside was the hotel could be noisy, with noise from outside, such as lorries unloading to the restaurant opposite and karaoke. Nothing to do with the hotel at all, and the downside of such a central location. Didn't stop us from sleeping well though!

Ideally placed for cyclists for a enjoying Mallorca. Able to store bikes downstairs or in rooms.

Rather dated rooms and public areas.
