Staff were excellent

Bellissima stanza, letto comodo, cuscini comodissimi, posizione centrale solo leggermente rumorosa perche su strada affollata, parcheggi reperibili in zona. Profumo del bagnoschiuma ottimo.

Il phon non funzionava e dopo le 22 non c’è alcun receptionist, suggerimento: receptionist h24

This hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and right by the historic city center.Located on the fourth floor of a historic building with an elevator, it is an old-fashioned boutique hotel in the best sense of the word. What makes it truly special is the combination of genuine hospitality, comfort, flawless cleanliness, and thorough daily housekeeping.The customer service and friendliness of the staff at the partner hotel, where the quick and efficient check-in takes place, are highly commendable. They were also kind enough to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. A truly wonderful example of traditional hospitality. Highly recommended!
