Our home sits in Sunnyvale's prestigious 94087 zip code—one of the most desirable and highest-valued areas in the region. Known as the "center of the universe" for its unbeatable proximity to top tech companies like Apple, Google, Meta, and Nvidia, this neighborhood offers the best of convenience and safety. Enjoy quick access to highways, excellent schools, peaceful parks, and a quiet, secure environment. This is one of the most sought-after locations in the South Bay.

The space

This is a shared home designed with business travelers and interns in mind. We offer a budget-friendly stay in one of the safest and most conveniently located neighborhoods in Silicon Valley.

Our home is right next to the beautiful Sunnyvale Community Center Park—a peaceful, spacious green area perfect for evening walks. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, and we kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours and help us preserve the calm atmosphere of the community.

As a bonus, we're within walking distance to one of the most popular local spots—In-N-Out Burger!

Guest access

This is a spacious room featuring a Queen-size bed and a Queen-size sofa bed, ideal for both solo travelers and small groups.

You’ll also enjoy a 65-inch smart TV, and a full desk setup with a large external monitor—perfect for remote work or study.

Street parking is available, but please do not park on the driveway in front of the garage.

The good news is, there’s a public parking lot right in front of the house, so finding a spot is usually easy and convenient.

Guests share a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, which is shared among four rooms.

💛 What to Expect

We’ve created a space that’s cozy, clean, and full of heart.

If you’re seeking a flawless, luxury-hotel experience, this may not be the perfect match.

We truly love hosting thoughtful guests who value comfort and authenticity over perfection.

This is our personal home, and we’re happy to share it with those who treat it with care.
