The property is in a great location with very good security. It was clean, spacious and had a dishwasher and washing machine. The air conditioning was very much appreciated.

There was no microwave oven which we consider a must have nowadays. We would suggest replacing any crockery and utensils that cannot be placed in the microwave. Instruction manuals for some appliances would be useful.

A superb apartment recently renovated that had everything that we needed for our stay in Bologna. Situated right beside the two towers bang in the centre and a couple of minutes walk to Piazza Maggiore. This was a perfect location for our walks North, East, South and West of the city. Just a 20 / 25 minute walk to Bologna Central Station for other close by or far away cities. (We spent 2 days in Lucca, Toscana). There's a city supermarket a few doors along from the apartment block front door which was very handy and right next door is Mortadella Lab which should not be missed.....the best Mortadella Sandwiches in Bologna. Our host Lorenzo was an excellent communicator via whatsapp and as we booked the apartment for 2 weeks he arranged for our sheets to be changed mid stay. We highly recommend this lovely apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing!

Appartement au top ! Très propre, confortable et au calme. L'emplacement était idéal pour visiter Bologne. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je remercie Lorenzo pour son accueil et sa réactivité lors de nos demandes.
