Location
The management was non-responsive after we had moved in. There was the damp smell mentioned previously. The shower doesn’t drain properly and water goes under the washing machine. The shower was EXTREMELY difficult to turn on; it took a lot of strength to turn the handle on/off. When I WhatsApp’d mgmt about this, there was no response. The big issue was, immediately after moving in, mgmt WhatsApp’d me asking me to act like I was a relative of the owner if any other residents in the building approached me. Apparently, there is some sort of covenant restricting short term rentals. That made us feel very uncomfortable.
