Wander upstairs, and you’ll find two restful beds, where neutral tones, ample storage and crisp linens flow through both rooms. On balmy days, enjoy lazy breakfasts in the breeze of the sea air, while views down to the river provide an idyllic eating spot.


From the doorstep of the property, stroll down to the boathouse on the slipway to launch boats at high tide. Once you’ve finished with your sailor duties, scrub up back at the house and make your way into the village for a gourmet pub dinner with your loved ones.
