REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.
SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.
FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.
FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.
COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.
POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.
QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!

BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.
LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.
PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

Property is on the nice quiet side of Panama City , check in process is smooth and easy, parking is perfect and easy to get to. The rooms are so nice and clean . We had 4 adults and 3 small children 5 and under and the room was so spacious with the most perfect view . If you have any questions the host is right on site and they are the most nicest people to answer all your questions . We will stay again

This property was great. We thankfully didn't experience long waits at the elevator and the resort was never too crowded which was an awesome surprise coming the last week in June - July 3rd. Accessibility anywhere on the property is super convenient, the balcony is HUGE and well stocked with furniture to sit out and enjoy both the city view and ocean views in the end apartment. We were two families sharing a space which worked out great that both bedrooms had a bathroom connected outside of the common space.
Favorite things:
1. HUGE balcony with plenty of furniture and breathtaking views. Had 2 loungers, 2 chairs, and a high table with 3 chairs - it was so very perfect!
2. No carpet so it's easy to sweep clean and feels cleaner than carpet
3. Each bedroom as a bathroom connected and both bathrooms are a great size.
4. The bunk area was cool and sturdy enough for adults and kids. It's out of the way so you can use the common spaces without waking them up.
5. Washer and dryer is super-fast and so convenient at the beach.
6. Large space, adequate for two families, clean and nice. AC works great which made coming back in so nice!
Feedback for improvement:
1. The bedroom to the left has sliding doors for a great view, but it doesn't open so no direct access to the balcony like the other bedroom.
2. Re-attach the soap dish or add a shelf in the bathroom on the left. There was nowhere to put products except the floor.

There was nothing so bad that we would've had to be moved or anything just definitely not somewhere I would stay again. The listing states complimentary beach service, which we've had with EVERY unit we've ever stayed in at Splash! When I contacted management about it they were like yes, it does say includes complimentary beach service but if you keep scrolling you'll see that further down, it says not included. Lol, What?! Super misleading and should definitely be removed from the description. *It was decently clean surface wise but in desperate need of deep clean and a whole lot of maintenance/repair.*The box springs are showing and they're crazy stained up and shredding. It looks so bad and it's the very first thing you notice when you walk in the bedrooms. The beds are so bouncy and noisy!*Walls are all scraped, banged, holed. Pictures are hanging real random like half way behind furniture. I would assume to hide worse things? It just all looks really bad. *kitchen is severely lacking, you need to bring EVERYTHING except plates. *you can't open the freezer enough to get anything in or out*writing on the wall around and under the bunk beds, some inappropriate, like a bathroom stall *Just broken things everywhere ex. Lamp shades, drawers, shelves*I know that these washers all get icky but this was so disgusting! Smelly, Moldy black sludge. I've never left a bad review in all our beach going years but a place to sleep on the beach is all this unit has going for itself.
