On the first floor, there is a very bright entrance hall, a large separate walnut kitchen with a lovely alcove, a beautiful open-plan living/dining room with balconies on both sides, a separate toilet, and a small laundry room. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which overlook the garden and one bedroom overlooking a quiet side street (2 double beds 160cm x 200cm and 1 double bed 140cm x 200cm). They open onto a shared hallway which leads to an elegant bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet. The house has a garage for storing bicycles and all your belongings and leisure equipment useful for your stay. A large, quiet garden, with sun and shade, and no overlooking neighbors, completes this property. Since the completion of the renovations, the gardener has been tending to it, planting trees and flowers. It features a charcoal barbecue and a summer kitchen equipped with a gas griddle and two large square tables (140cm x 140cm) that can seat 12 people in total. The house was renovated in 2025, and the exterior tiling is scheduled for spring 2026. Amenities: The accommodation offers high-quality amenities (polished concrete flooring on the first floor, brand-name appliances, washing machine, and dishwasher). The house has fiber optic Wi-Fi, and the first floor is air-conditioned if needed (reversible summer/winter air conditioning). Two bicycles (size M for the light blue bike and L for the navy blue bike) are available. Self-service facilities are available, and there is free street parking or parking nearby.
