The guest bedroom also features a queen bed, Smart TV, and a comfortable chair for quiet moments. Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity access required to utilize the Lake House, and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is 3/4 of a mile away via Boardwalk #9

Pet Policy: ONE (1) small dog with a maximum weight of 35 lbs. is permitted. An additional pet fee of 250.00 applies per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
