Traditional Sevillian town-house of 150m2 located on Calle Pimienta, in the heart of the old Santa Cruz neighborhood, bordering the defensive walls of the Alcazar Royal Palace. It is distributed over three levels comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living-dining-kitchen area, terrace and solarium. The access between floors is through inner stairs - without elevator. Suitable for up to 6 guests.

• Bedroom 1 with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
• Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

• Living-dining space with 2 sofas, smart tv, dining table and 6 chairs.
