Spacious living room opening onto an equipped/furnished kitchen with air conditioning.

Fully equipped kitchen (large table for 6 people ideal as a workspace): oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine with pods, toaster, kettle and all the crockery you need to cook.
You will have access to a small cozy balcony with 2 folding chairs and a great view of the bastille, the mountains and the aerial cableway.
