À propos de cette location de vacances
If you choose this holiday home, you can be sure of an exceptional atmosphere with traditional Mallorcan mill flair. The grounds, designed with lots of natural stone, offer various inviting options for relaxing under a roof or outdoors.
The interior of the house is characterised by a classic ambience. Authentic accessories emphasise the atmosphere and history of this place. The vaulted ceilings visible here and there also contribute to the more traditional flair. The combined living/dining room with fireplace and TV is cosy. Next door is the fully equipped kitchen, which is ideal for self-catering. You are guaranteed a good night's sleep in the three cosy double bedrooms. Two bathrooms round off the space on offer in this individual villa, which is located in the beautiful south of Mallorca.
The well-kept area is decoratively furnished with Mediterranean plants and various comfortable pieces of garden furniture. Even a tall palm tree adorns the outdoor area. The pool, which is decorated with blue mosaic stones and has easy access via steps, is the perfect place for a refreshing dip. The small waterfall that flows down the natural stone steps is a real eye-catcher. The covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining area is particularly nice for cosy evenings.
The charming mill villa Moli de Ca nOrell is located on the outskirts of the small town of Santanyi in the beautiful south of Mallorca. Shops and restaurants are even within walking distance of the holiday home with its fantastic property. The popular coastal town of Cala Santanyi with its fine sandy beach is approx. 5 km away.
