The vacation home was completely renovated 2025-2026 and is available to our guests for a relaxing stay.
The two vacation apartments were furnished in a very unique style with great attention to detail. Both feature a 1 Gbit internet connection with excellent Wi-Fi coverage, TVs, very well-equipped kitchens, as well as a garage, a parking space, and a 22 kW charging station each.
Starting in June 2026, Apple TV+ will also be included on the TVs.
During their stay, our guests can enjoy views from the terrace and balcony stretching from the beautiful, recognized climatic health resort of Schmallenberg all the way to the Kahlen Asten, 20 km away.
This cozy and quietly located house is within walking distance (5 min) of the city center, which features many lovely cafés and restaurants as well as numerous shopping options.
Panorama Joy 1 is located on the first floor, measures approximately 82 square meters, and features two bedrooms (1 bed measuring 180x200, 2 beds measuring 90x200), a spacious bathroom, a guest restroom, a kitchen, a spacious living room with a panoramic window, and a very large terrace measuring over 20 square meters. The sofa in the living room comfortably sleeps 2 people (180x200m).
The apartment is largely furnished with antique solid-wood furniture. The beds and mattresses are new.
The floors are made of marble, oak planks, and oak parquet, creating a warm atmosphere.
All bedrooms can be completely darkened.
As a parent, you don’t have to worry about your child breaking anything.
The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers: a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker with a built-in thermos.
In general, the price includes dishwasher tablets, a dish brush, a dish towel, and two dishcloths, as well as a set of towels and bed linens (already made up).
For stays of 3 days or more, we recommend a second set of replacement towels for a flat fee of 20€, regardless of the number of guests.
The amenities are new and quite extensive, especially in the kitchen area.
The communal basements feature a washing machine and dryer, a sink, and a shower. In addition, the front basement has more patio furniture, a grill, and clotheslines.
Since the basement is lockable, you can store your bikes there. You can also use the garden hose from the Panorama Joy1# garage to wash your bikes outside.
