CHARMING NEW (2025) APARTMENT IN FLAMINIO / PIAZZA DEL POPOLO / VILLA BORGHESE, 185 m², 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, AC, sleeps 8.
The house is very spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or groups of friends. Located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) of a historic building, it consists of a living room with a dining table (seats 8), a large flat-screen smart TV, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and 4 large bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, black marble flooring, and AC. All 4 beds are Italian “Matrimoniale” size: 200x170 cm, larger than an American queen size. All rooms are illuminated by large windows and feature high ceilings, characteristic of Rome’s historic buildings.
The furnishings are luxurious, and the house is unique and very quiet. Air conditioning, central heating, free Wi-Fi, USB ports, five smart TVs, and a washer and dryer.
For our youngest guests, we provide a crib (for ages 1–4), a high chair, and a baby bathtub.
The apartment is located in a beautiful building with an entrance on Piazzale Flaminio. The location of the apartment is fantastic—right in the center, next to Piazza del Popolo and a ten-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. The “Flaminio” metro station is just twenty meters from the building.
We can arrange transportation to and from the airport, port, train station, and other destinations in Italy.
Our friend Emanuele organizes private tours in Italy for our guests.
We can also provide the contact information for a top chef if you’d like to enjoy a wonderful meal at home.

- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY:
Check-in time: from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
For early check-in and late check-out, please ask the owner.
If there are no guests checking out on the same day you arrive, we allow free early check-in starting at 10:00 a.m. Otherwise, you may drop off your luggage after the previous guests have checked out (10:00 a.m.).
If we have no arrivals scheduled for the same day as your departure, we allow a free late checkout until noon.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties, no photo shoots, no events or parties, and no smoking.
In Italy, due to public safety laws, hotels, B&Bs, and vacation rentals are required to register their guests’ documents with local authorities within 24 hours of check-in. Therefore, you must present your passports upon arrival. Thank you.
The cleaning service provides some mini-sized soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and trash bags. When these items run out, if you haven’t booked daily cleaning, you should use your own supplies or buy more at the supermarket. Thank you.

Our family of eight could not have chosen a better place to stay in Rome. Property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everyone had their own comfortable bedroom and private bathroom, while the spacious living and dining areas gave us plenty of room to gather as a family. It was the perfect setting to celebrate a special family occasion together in the privacy and comfort of the home. The apartment was impeccably clean. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, and everything we needed to prepare breakfasts and light meals, including quality appliances and cookware. We especially appreciated the individually controlled air conditioning in each room, allowing everyone to adjust the temperature to their own comfort. The soundproof windows were another huge bonus. The apartment remained wonderfully quiet, making for restful nights after busy days exploring Rome. The location was ideal. Peaceful neighborhood where locals actually live, it offered an authentic Roman experience while still being incredibly convenient. The bus stop and Metro station were just a short walk away, making it quick and easy to reach all of Rome's major attractions without dealing with the crowds and noise of tourist districts. Owner was exceptional. Extremely accommodating. Responded quickly to every question, communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect right next to Piazza di Popolo. The VRBO was extremely clean and the host manager was very helpful when we checked in.
