Locations, cleanliness and osen.
Admin on booking.com. They make me misunderstood about the parking. I was asking about free parking spot, they said that they have partnered with other parking lots, we can park there and bring the ticket to the front. But they didn’t mention that it’s only for a discount and we need to pay 12,000 yen. It’s fine for us but it would be better if we can get the information correctly.

Public bath without entry restriction.
Clean and well sized rooms. Netflix ready TV.
All in all, I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are in Kumamoto.
