The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location in Shepherd’s Bush is excellent, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants and Westfield. Check-in was straightforward and communication was very good. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Had everything you could need for a short stay. Very clean. Good location.
Fridge was loud overnight and TV was in an awkward place but might have been on a bracket (didn’t check)

Clean and everything we needed. Good value and close to Shepherd’s Bush underground
2/3 tubes to get to central London so took longer than we thought meaning coming back during the day or for the evening was a bit of a faff

The kitchenette area was great
The accommodation could have done with an extra couple of pillows for comfort. It was also difficult getting in contact with the host to find out where we were going to begin with.
