It comfortable sleeps 8 people in bedrooms and 10 people using the pull out couch in the family room. The community was quiet and there was public parking along 30A which was helpful since there are only 2 parking spaces available.

While there are not many restaurants, bars, or other amenities within walking distance of the home, several options are just a short drive away. The location provides a relaxing setting while still being conveniently close to dining, shopping, and other attractions by car. (The easy access to the beach makes up for it)
