King suites provide hotel-style comfort, and bunk bedrooms are a hit with younger guests. In the Toy Story room, the foot of the frame on the double bed was broken.There were no wash clothes.The tea kettle was leaking.One of the kitchen stools was shaking. There swimming pool was very dirty. It had dirt on the bottom of pool that came to the top when in pool.There was no mention on the site that the Toy Story room was right next to the kitchen. When you open the bedroom door you walk into the kitchen and the closest bathroom was across the kitchen. That was not appropriate for a child’s room.There was t enough cooking bowls.The site didn’t say we needed to bring our own toilet paper, hand towels, and trash bags.The code to get into the entrance gate, did not work.The host said this location was 30 minutes away from UCF but it was 45 minutes away.I will not stay here again.
