Your neighbor: the castle

Do everything on foot! The town square, shopping, restaurants. Free street parking, but it’s often full. You’ll find spots further down along the botanical garden or in the adjacent streets. There’s a paid parking lot on the boardwalk. A secure underground parking garage on the waterfront. To unload luggage and groceries, you can safely leave your hazard lights on at the Château Square.

The house is not accessible to people with limited mobility due to the stairs.
Access to the house is on the hillside. Limited parking nearby; no problem unloading luggage and groceries; parking is then available downhill in the adjacent streets (free) or on the waterfront (paid).
Paid underground parking available upon request and subject to availability (ideally, request at least one month in advance)
The house is equipped with security cameras that operate when you are away (alarm activated)
No parties, especially with more than the number of people renting the property (6 people)
