Some places make it easy to slow down. At The View, that starts with your first look across Lake Travis.

Set high above the tree canopy at The Hollows, this second-floor corner villa pairs unobstructed lake views with comfortable gathering spaces, three inviting bedrooms, and a balcony you’ll want to build your day around. With approximately 1,400 square feet indoors and another 330 square feet outside, there’s room for up to eight guests to settle in and enjoy the Texas Hill Country.

A BALCONY WORTH LINGERING ON

Start your morning with coffee and birdsong, stretch out on the outdoor sectional with a book, or bring dinner outside as the light changes over the lake. The spacious balcony feels like an extension of the living room, with comfortable lounge seating and a separate dining table. Whether you’re catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment, the lake provides a beautiful backdrop.

BRIGHT, COMFORTABLE LIVING

Windows on three sides fill this end-unit villa with natural light. In the living room, lake views surround a welcoming seating area with a sofa, recliner, and two additional chairs. Settle in for a movie on the 55-inch smart TV or play your favorite music through the Bose Bluetooth speaker. The sofa converts to a queen sleeper for additional sleeping space.

COOK, GATHER & STAY AWHILE

The fully equipped kitchen makes everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy. You’ll have an electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, generous pantry storage, and helpful extras including a Ninja blender, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and slow cooker.

Gather around the indoor dining table with seating for eight, or take your meal outside for dinner with a view.

EASY ARRIVALS & EVERYDAY CONVENIENCES

A private one-car garage takes the guesswork out of parking, while an elevator just steps from the front door makes unloading luggage and groceries more convenient. A full-size washer and dryer and Wi-Fi help make longer stays feel easy, too.

EXPLORE THE HOLLOWS

Spend your days enjoying the resort’s pools, hot tubs, fitness center, walking and hiking trails, and outdoor gathering spaces. The marina offers opportunities to get out on Lake Travis, while the resort’s dining options make it easy to enjoy a meal close to home.

Boat, kayak, and golf cart rentals offer additional ways to explore. Rentals, dining, and other paid services are separate from your accommodation; availability and operating hours may vary.

YOUR HILL COUNTRY HOME BASE

Beyond the resort, explore local wineries, golf courses, restaurants, and nearby Hill Country towns. Plan a visit to Flat Creek Estate, browse shops in Lago Vista, or head toward Cedar Park and Austin for more dining, shopping, and entertainment.

From relaxed mornings on the balcony to full days exploring Lake Travis, The View gives you a comfortable place to come back together.
