Located in a quiet, family-friendly community, it’s clean, safe, and affordable—perfect for families, small groups, or business travelers. Boat rentals are available at the Marina. The community is across from Captain's Cove Marina. The Bass Shop Pro is also nearby for outdoor enthusiasts.
Minutes from I-30, 190, 635, shopping, dining, and Captain’s Cove Marina, with Dallas, Rowlett, and Rockwall nearby.

The unit was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The kitchen/laundry area is a bit tight, but the unit is otherwise spacious and liveable. We did not use the pool or other outdoor areas; they seem a bit rundown and dated but functional. We would gladly stay here again.

Communication was great! We had our door code and passwords right on time. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and generous. We can’t wait to book another stay!
