Worst experience at booking.com so far (Have been using for several years)
The water was warm.
We asked for check in at 15:30 and were told that it will be ready after over an hour, even though check time was supposed to be available from 15:00. The studio was eventually ready at 16:20. What we encountered inside was dirt all over the place - there were crumbles at table. The kitchen countertop, kitchen cabinets, microwave, and glasses were sticky and dirty. There were thick layers of dust and grime on the window. I honestly believe the studio had not been cleaned for quite some time.
Although the bed linen had apparently been changed, it still didn't smell completely fresh. Under the bedding, the bed itself was simply dirty – there were crumbs and someone else's hair.
We kept wondering what the boy who was supposedly "preparing" the studio before our arrival had actually been doing during the time we were waiting. When we arrived, we were greeted by a bucket with a mop and dirty water standing at the entrance.
The induction hob didn't work and displayed an error indicating a network connection problem. I couldn't get the correct Wi-Fi password from the owner. When I asked on WhatsApp, I was first given passwords for Wi-Fi networks that didn't even exist in the building. When I asked for the password to the network that was actually available, the owner stopped responding altogether.
There wasn't even a dish sponge, so the only way to wash the dishes would have been with our bare hands.
This showed a complete lack of respect for guests. I have to admit that this will be an "unforgettable" experience for us. I would suggest that the owner look up the meaning of the word "cozy" in a dictionary and ask himself whether he would like to be treated this way, or see someone close to him treated this way.
We stayed there only because accommodation options were very limited that day.

Nu e curat și e praf peste tot . In pat nu e curat parcă a fost folosit. Baie nu a fost curat. Pe podea e murdar.
Am conectat prin whatsapp și a vorbit frumos și politicos
