The staff was incredible. The night staff bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. He carried our luggage up the stairs, made sure we had a taxi in the morning, and packed us a breakfast on the go. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully updated bathroom, extra amenities. An excellent stay in Cusco!

Everything! Georgina and Hugo were amazing. They went far and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. Paul the front desk guy did a wonderful job upon our late arrival giving us a great insight of the hotel and room amenities. Breakfast was good and even made us a special omelet...Hugo went to get us one of Cusco's special culinary plates... "Cuy", it was tasty...

A great new hotel! Very modern features and super comfortable bed. Also consistently hot water, which is hard to find in cusco! Nice and close to the bus station too. The breakfast is great and the owners are super generous and lovely!
There is still construction going on so it is a bit loud during the day, but not an issue if you are going out. It is a little out of the main touristy part of town, but only a 25 minute walk, and taxis are very cheap and easy to get into the centre.

Clean, new, señor and señora running it are the best people, helpful staff, full of flowers and a botanical garden right outside, great breakfast.
Do not skip it because it is a short distance from centro historico. 20 minutes walk, or a cheap uber/taxi takes you there fast. One of our best stays in 🇵🇪.
