The dormitory bedroom was comfortable, I had the dormitory to myself, as there was only two people staying overnight,
I should have slept better, but I made the mistake of having a caffinated tea too late at night,

Friendly helpful staff. Curtains with bunks for privacy with wide single bed. Plentiful Designer bathrooms with strong water pressure so never waited to go to the loo or have a shower.
Small self catering kitchen. No downstairs loo

Perfect location for hiking around the Peak District. Close to all th shops but not affected by any noise.
About 8 mins walk to the station and only 2 pubs 2 minutes away for eating out after a long day of hiking.
It would be nice to have the common room be more inviting. Th kitchen had a raw meat smell that put me off from cooking there.

Nicely furnished and equipped for self-catering. Great location close to services
Don’t like dorms but hey! That’s the deal.
