Took a couple of tries to find it as satnav showed behind the sheep pub but the wrong side but once we got it the location couldn’t have been better. It was clean, comfortable and the perfect space for us.
There was a dripping tap needs fixing in the kitchen which we could hear and the bedroom was warm which I loved but my partner found a little much - but there was a fan and aircon provided so could be rectified. So basically not a lot to find fault with!

This charming apartment - beautifully renovated in the sanctuary of a former church - is located right smack in the middle of Stow-on-the-Wold. Walk out the front door, and one has the availability of all of the restaurants and shops one could wish for. The apartment was very comfortable. It was especially nice to have a full bathroom on the second floor and a powder room on the first. We liked the heated towel rack to warm our towels before showering.
The stairway was a little steep. We ended up leaving our luggage downstairs and unpacking from there, as we didn't feel comfortable navigating the stairs with heavy suitcases. We would have liked extra towels, since we were there a week and there wasn't a washer for freshening them ourselves.

The property was amazing, with everything we needed and more. Even to the point that they left a bottle of wine to enjoy. The location was spot on and in the heart of the town. We wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.
It was a little difficult to find the property at first, as our maps took us to the wrong location. However, they provided clear photos, which made it easy to find on foot. Because of the heatwave, it got very hot, especially as the bedroom is on the second floor. Luckily, they had provided a small air-con unit, and we opened up all the windows, which helped a lot.
