The bed and couch were very comfortable. I liked how it had the streaming services on the TV. Lots of pillows and blankets. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. It smelt good in the room. Door lock was easy to use. It is very close to downtown Charlotte which is convenient.
Couldn't get the air temperature to go down. Only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't the biggest issue. I just like it really cold when trying to sleep.
