Moonrise Villa & Bungalow Koh Samui

The staff were accommodating and friendly. There are lots of staff around so it's easy to get help. The location is right on the main road and right on the beach so you can walk wherever you need to go. Keep in mind there are 2 types of deluxe queen rooms. We booked the cheaper option, which are older and unrenovated rooms. They aren't bad but we wanted a newly renovated room like what is shown in the photo, so staff upgraded us to a newer room for a small difference in price. The room doors wouldn't close from the outside initially, which was a big security issue. However, the staff repaired the door eventually and we didn't have the issue again. The beach front restaurant was undergoing renovation so it and the beach access was closed, but we were able to use next door's access

There's a bar/restaurant that is connected to the hostel side of the hotel. We didn't try it because we found the drink prices a lot higher than everywhere else, unfortunately. Usually hostel bars have cheap drinks so we were surprised.

it was close to the beach. was decently quiet for the location and convient walking distance to bars and Central mall.

the hotel restraunt and sea food bar was closed and up for renovations so the day time there was construction noise loud enough to feel like it was in our room

Bon emplacement, dans la rue principale de Chaweng qui est très animé mais à la fois très calme. Avec un accès direct sur la plage Le personnel super agréable et à l’écoute

L’absence de service pressing

La chambre est spacieuse, propre, en excellent état, quasiment neuve et bien équipée. De plus, le personnel est serviable et efficace.

La piscine de l'hôtel se trouve de l'autre côté de la rue. Petite piscine étroite et isolée. Le gros vice caché : le toit de la chambre est en taule ou matériau équivalent. A cause de cela, il y a le bruit de noix de coco qui tombent toute la nuit déçu et provoque un bruit dérangeant. C'est le gros point faible de la chambre. Même gêne lorsqu'il pleut fort.
