Owners greeted us to thoroughly explain everything and hand over the keys. The property is obviously brand new, well and beautifully set up, with bath robes, sauna and jacuzzi.
It is next to two shops, beach is also very near. It was very peaceful and calm.
Like another comment, we also were informed of 35 UER extra charge for the gas grill usage due to "difficulty of cleaning it", which seemed rather weird for so far for such an "all inclusive" place (with an according price tag).
(A minor thing is that I personally prefer a keybox and instructions/labels - makes the arrival time coordination less stressful. And some switches were rather confusing and there were quite many of them.)

Pilnīgi jauna divu ģimeņu māja 300m no pludmales, plašas un labi iekārtotas telpas, sauna un džakuzi pašā mājā. Divas atsevišķas guļamistabas ar vienu izvelkamo krēslu vienā no tām un vēl dīvāns viesistabā/ēdamistabā/virtuvē. Netrūka trauku un virtuves piederumu. Liels ledusskapis un cepeškrāsns/mikroviļņu krāsns. Āra dārza mēbeles un namiņš. Bezmaksas stāvvieta slēgtā teritorijā. Ātrs internets. Rimi un Elvi pie pašas mājas. Tuvu centram.
