Well appointed. Has everything you need. Comfortable bed. Close to Greenlake and only 10 minutes from the Greenwood neighborhood where we were visiting relatives . Great communication with the host. They even provided fans when asked!
The property does warn that you may hear people in the upstairs unit. If you are a light sleeper this may be bothersome.

Location was great! Kitchen was well stocked.
Floors were not clean. Noise from upstairs unit was significant and bothersome. Heat was controlled from upstairs unit and made where we were staying extremely warm.
