Overall, the experience was good. The bedroom was cozy, and the bedding was clean. In the morning, opening the door to see Ha Long Bay with its light mist was beautiful. The staff on board were lovely and provided quick assistance, and the tour guide was cheerful

I really appreciated the service on Cozy Bay Grand, especially Quang – always attentive, friendly, and quick to help with anything. The sundeck is open and well arranged, perfect for catching the sunrise in a quiet and relaxing way. Cabins are clean and comfortable, and everything feels well taken care of.
