This apartment is the best I have stayed in in Sarajevo. It has a sauna, jacuzzi, and good design. The apartment is on the top floor of the house, and the owner is very kind and welcoming. The apartment itself is very clean and nice looking. There's no elevator, but that wasn't a problem for me. Location-wise, there's a pharmacy about a 3-minute walk away (uphill, but very close), a supermarket a bit further, and a mosque for prayers (also uphill). About 10 minutes downhill, there's a bingo supermarket(which I haven't been to ) and some restaurants — I tried the omelette at one of them and it was good.
The main issue was that the apartment door doesn't lock — even though there's a key, it doesn't work, so this really needs to be addressed. That said, the building's main door does have a lock, and I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. The sofa is a bit hard, though still good enough. Note for Muslim guests: there is wine in the apartment — I asked them on WhatsApp to remove it, and they said someone would come by the next day, but no one showed up. I happened to run into the owner outside, we had a good chat, and he said to relocate it. Also, you may want a car if you plan on going into Sarajevo often.

Sale partout nous l’avons signalé une personne est venue mais a juste passé un coup de balai et encore pas partout. C’était poussiéreux. (Rappel on vous facture 30 de ménage)
