It offers good soundproofing and convenient access for travel.
Please do not include "turndown service" options on the registration page; I had no idea what they referred to. I was very tired at the time, and after signing, I saw a request for consent, so I simply checked all three boxes.

The location for my needs was perfect. The check in/out experience was excellent, very efficient and friendly given 4am! The swimming pool area was lovely and large, unusually so from past hotels I've stayed in Dubai. Attachment to the shopping mall was also very convenient for me. The salads in the restaurant were very tasty and with a wide selection of!
In comparision to many other 5* hotels i've stayed in over 12yrs in Dubai, sadly this hotel does not meet the same quality. It generally felt tired and in need of refurbishment. There was no bar area / alcohol which i did not expect.

Location, staff, clean rooms and beds.
A.C was not working good, the room was warm which makes it difficult to sleep.
Drilling and demolition at sleeping time, so unacceptable and careless from such hotel.
We use to stay here every time we come to dubai but if such things happen we want stay anymore.
