Great apartment with nearby restaurants and parks.
Parking: Upscale Apartment has no parking facility.
You must park on the street, first come first serve, which means you may not even park in the same block of the apartment. During the day you must move your car every two hours between the hours of 7AM and 7PM. At night, you must call in to the Milwaukee Police Department to get confirmation for parking over night, they give you three free days during the week. We were able to negotiate with one of the nearby hotels to use their parking lot for $15 per day, and it was a block away.
