The apartment is located below the main house. Entrance is via a side gate and then a few stairs to the door which has a key code entry system, (you are notified of the code via email).
All the appliances are in very good condition, large oven, microwave and freezer. Also a laundry room. 1 double bedroom and a single bedroom.
Location was just 20 minutes from Lethbridge, Walmart and Costco. There is also a Safeway just 5 minutes away.
As your below the main house occasionally you can hear noises from upstairs, but nothing horrendous.

The property was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Close to amenities. Was quiet at night. Wifi was excellent. Manager of the property was quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend.
