Valley View Lodge

rooms were comfortable and well equipped for the price , the place is so beautiful inside with lots of ponds and relaxing areas in the gardens

The security takes their job very seriously, ensuring everyone’s safety on and around the premises

No plumber on sight, so I had a wet bathroom floor all weekend

Everything

No check in issues as we made online booking. We appreciate kids welcome box they gave.

No TV remotes. Lack of maintenance of units. Doors stuck need force to open. some taps not working, changed one unit 45 because of it, no basin stop plug. Unit 43 warm water stayed lukewarm. Units not properly, spotless cleaned. Dust, old stirring sticks against walls. Fridge leaking water on floor, behind fridge pipes freezes causing water on floor. No welcoming tea/coffee in some units. Apparently only for deluxe rooms. Fans switch pull strings missing. Door key card need several attempts before unlocking (green light) Entrance to parking from road side irritates passing traffic especially when two vehicles wait for access after pressing button for gate to open. Exiting parking you need to exit your vehicle to press button as exit angle is facing on coming traffic in one way street. People from bar area very noisy when passing units, but out of Lodge control.
