The room itself was clean, but very basic
The location is in a very bad, dangerous area. Very unsafe to be on the street at night. The shared kitchen was a big nothing - no jug/kettle, no hot water to rinse crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. A washing machine and a dryer that where constantly in use. No chair or table available and had to sit on the bed to eat.
