Good location, chill vibe, not too busy as other side of West Lake. Close to many foodstore in Lac Long Quan Street, have convenient store and near Lotte Mall West Lake.
Not clean. The pillows and blankets have many black dots, bathroom has bad smell, there were many ants on the bed that bited me at night. I lost my sleep due to the little ants.
