That my room wasn’t ready and the cleaning lady said she could clean it the next day and didn’t. Everything else was great.

Absolutely everything. They even had a projector and washing machine. We were so impressed and will aim to stay here every time we come to Japan

Convenient, accessible, great communication, great for 2 individuals
Sheets and linens had a chemical smell. Rewashed the towels but unfortunately did not get a chance to wash the sheets.
