Floor plan is perfect for a family gathering; 6 bedrooms on the perimeter surrounding a large common area with kitchen, dining, and living areas. Lower level substantially upgraded from last we saw this property 2 years ago. Many recreational amenities—pool toys, cornhole game, ping pong table, beach chairs and toys, bikes, outdoor grills. Kitchen well-equipped. Short walk to the beach (right across the street). Shortly after we arrived, we discovered the disposal didn’t work. Within an hour, repair person was onsite and new disposal installed by end of day. Would definitely go back.

Great house! Perfect location with a short walk to the beach access. Host was great and the pool was an added bonus. Will definitely be back!

Our stay in this beautiful home was perfect! The house was so clean and it had everything you would need for a week at the beach. The proximity to the beach and the pool were some of our favorite things! We also loved the layout of the home!

Another excellent stay in the house at OIB. New owners are wonderful, responsive, and we can't wait to stay again. It is the perfect house for families who enjoy spending time together.
