New cottage in La Gacilly, peaceful and "not connected", without TV or WiFi... :-)
Old house with garden, not semi-detached and not overlooked, very close to the center (3 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike, 20 minutes on foot) and far enough to be totally quiet in a few moments...
"Chez Yvette" is...
A small garden and "zen" lime-hemp walls, a large single volume with mezzanine (65m2), a small "Gaudin" wood stove and free and private parking just in front.
Ideal for family or friends, the cottage has a large mezzanine that offers up to 6 places in a beautiful dormitory furnished with curtains and screens upstairs: 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds.
Fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, complete crockery) bathroom-toilet, bench seat, two armchairs including 1 Rocking Chair!
Large extendable table that can accommodate up to 8 people, crockery and chairs accordingly.
Toilet equipped with a bar for the elderly and/or disabled, wheelchair access and sleeping on the first floor possible and easy.
800 meters from the city center and close to the supermarkets of La Gacilly, car charging stations and the market (Saturday morning).
Place guaranteed without screen!
(but mobile phones pick up 4G without any problem;)
