Great location. Staff were very helpful.

The location. Value for money. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Fiona at breakfast was lovely and gave excellent customer service. The lift was a plus.
A rogue extractor fan in the bathroom that would not switch off even when the light was turned up. Reported to management. Received a discount voucher for food. More than satisfactory outcome. They had called an electrician but did not come before we left. Did not spoil our stay but needs sorting for the next guests who stay in room 211.

Location was great. Room was a decent size
Noise from the street and pub goers. Noise from the bathroom extractor fan. Mattress and pillows were poor. Room
had no towels when we arrived and we really struggled with the plastic key card which stopped working frequently. The room was superficially clean.
