• Temporary balcony access restrictions and HVAC interruptions are possible.
• Schedules vary by building area and may change due to weather, contractor progress, or unexpected conditions.

Suspected or confirmed parties will result in immediate termination without refund and a $500 minimum penalty plus damages, fines, and related costs. No warning required. Law enforcement may be contacted.

9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Repeated disturbances may result in cancellation without refund.
• CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORING
Exterior cameras and decibel-only noise monitors are in use. No interior recording devices.

The view of the ocean is the feature of this property. Wonderful ocean views! It's a quiet location which was also nice. Access to dunkin donuts is very close which our kids enjoyed. The boardwalk is just outside as well. The check in was OK--we could not access until 4:15 due to check in time and parking pass issues upon arrival. We also had to be out by 10am. This part was not appealing as they did not work with us for early arrival or even trying to leave by 11am. The rest of the unit has nothing to boast about. The rug in the master bedroom needs to be thrown away. It was gross. The furniture is very aged and overall the unit has not been updated. There were condoms (unused) in the nightstand of the master bedroom. I felt that should have been cleaned out prior or never placed there if that is part of their house welcoming. The small patio was very dirty--like had not been wiped down prior to our arrival. The showers were clean, just small bathrooms. I appreciated no mold and mildew in bathrooms. We never cooked in the kitchen, but it was small. We would not stay here again as we do prefer more updated spaces on vacation, but if you want a nice view and good location--this unit works for that.
