A staircase from the dining area leads to a Studio Bedroom/Lounge which has 2 x 3ft beds, wash basin, TV and DVD player. plus patio doors onto a private balcony with table and chairs to relax and enjoy the superb views over Porthmeor Beach.


Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent. Heating is provided by convector heaters and supplementary portable heaters.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen provided and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Cot and high chair provided, please bring your own cot linen.

Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.


NOTES: No smoking. No pets. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No.24 (approximately 15ft L x 6ft W). Arrival at St Nicholas Court must be before 10pm as at this time the communal gates are locked and access to the key safe will not be possible.
