Super great location with plenty of restaurants around. Room was clean and bathroom is modern. Really enjoyed the stay and definitely recommend. Only criticism is that it's small but for the convenience and cleanliness and friendly service, it is worth it.

Great location, and great place! Super walkable to the main attractions in Madrid, great restaurants and public transportations. We’ll definitely recommend and come back here when we’re back in Madrid.

The building isn’t easy to find and not many instructions but you can find the building next to a cafe named 100 Montaditos, then head to the 8th floor for check in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly small but for a short 2-3 day city break they’re ok. The apartment was clean and had the basics of shampoo and body gel. It’s about 5 minutes to closest metro stop and 10 minute walk into the centre. Highly recommend leaving the aircon on as it can get warm, but once left on the room is nice and chilled. I’d stay here again.

The property is conveniently located between 3 metro stations. Best of all, it’s surrounded by bars, restaurants and grab-and-go. If you’re planning on day excursions, Atocha is very close.
