This was the perfect set up for our group and the property manager was really responsive when I had questions. Rooms were spacious, common area was cozy, and check-in was really, really easy. 5 minutes to Heavenly and across the street from groceries and other amenities. Would stay again!!

We loved our stay at this tri-level townhome in Tahoe. It was perfect for three families with plenty of space, comfortable furnishings, and a well-equipped kitchen (just bring your own seasonings and oils). The location was amazing, only steps from the lake. A wonderful place to relax after the soccer tournament, we would definitely stay here again!

PROS: Location is prime. Lots of bedrooms & comfortable sleeping areas. Kitchen was well stocked with needed cooking utensils, etc. Water heater stayed warm for multiple showers. Comfortable beds. Pool area and private beach access make for such an easy visit. CONS: The floors are so loud, if you’re sleeping downstairs and someone is walking above you it’s almost impassible to sleep. Not a great experience if you don’t all go to bed and wake up at the same time. No AC. We visited in July and weather was in the high 80s. The upstairs was really uncomfortable until late into the evening. There were fans available but that didn’t quite do the trick. Previous renters full trash bags were left at the property for a day after we got there and I finally messaged Vacasa to come pick it. The upstairs loft window was damaged and half of it was hanging off the track so we had to tell the kids no one was allowed in the loft. Vacasa staff came out on day 2 of our stay for a quick repair but wasn’t able to actually repair the window. Half of the cups were dirty in the cabinets. I’d definitely return back to Lakeland Village, 10/10. Unless this specific rental has some improvements to it, I’d probably look for another property in the community for my next stay. Hopefully these honest words help the management team and future renters. We still made the most of our trip and appreciate all the great things Lake Tahoe has to offer!
