Expedia advertised room as accommodating six in three beds. There was only two beds. Hotel sorted but bad drills on Expedia’s part.

A well-located, modern and clean hotel. The rooms are smaller than they appear online and particularly cramped for families, but they are certainly well equipped, with comfortable beds.
The 3pm check-in time is very rigidly enforced. Even if your room is ready, they absolutely will not allow you to enter it until 3pm on the dot, which seems a little unnecessary.
Apart from that, all good!

The location was prime!! Near desirable temples and shrines, shopping, food and the trains. The room was small for 5 people but we managed. The staff was great and helped us when our room had issues opening the door. The neighbor was quiet (which is a HUGE Plus in Tokyo). If you are a cozy travel group, looking to stay outside of busy Tokyo and are willing to explore the streets and take a train the. This is the place for you ❤️

The place is perfect
Clean room, not big but we'll equipped
Some points to note is that there are no long staff greeting at front desk, no staff at front desk at all
Only by remotely video call with staff from the chk in machine. This does not feel so good
On our leaving we forgot the check out. Since the place is completely without a staff. We literally forgot to complete the check out process
Lucky with the online staff help. We managed to complete check out online
I do think if there is a staff to greet us goodbye, we will remember there is a check out process
